Power in Prayer

Matthew 18:19-20 King James Version (KJV)

“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

There is power in prayer – and believing this is key.

Turn to God in your time of need, seeking His guidance and council by cutting out the middle man and going straight to the source. If you believe God is in control of your life and you ask His will to be done, then why are we so delayed in relaying our requests, questions, needs, problems, heartaches and troubles to Him from the get go? We seem to first waste so much time in seeking this help from other sources instead, until we eventually realise we are not getting anywhere and finally the penny drops – We forgot about God ….. Let us in a joint effort turn to God FIRST and get peace of mind in the midst of our problems, faster!

Let us also join together as family of Christ, partaking in chain prayers for those in dire need of God’s hand. It pleases God to see his children joining together with one objective and that is to seek His will for our lives and the lives of those in need of His love, help, peace, comfort and support. In your quiet alone-time with God please keep in mind the prayer requests of our fellow friends.

[We read] In KJV, Ezekiel 22:30: “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.”

O God, please help us and teach us to build a wall [of prayer] around the USA, Canada, Poland, European Union  and United Kingdom.  Are you ready to stand in the gap, where God is the Helper and Teacher?

Dear believers: we continue the good fight to the end.

Please pray that United Kingdom, European Union, Poland, the USA, Canada would overcome for: (The Acts 26.18).  

* Poland and European Union, pray for freedom from dead religion to saving faith of Jesus Christ as the Saviour and the Lord by faith only,

* the Church in the USA & Canada & United Kingdom – Pray for repentance and cleansing of the church – Matt. 3.12 “Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”

* my family:

  1. Bad executives are hurting me. Please pray for God’s order in that case.
  2. Stir up the hearts of my family for ministry for me, my wife Dorothy, our daughters Ann and Kristin, and our sons Peter and Daniel – “..but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” Joshua 24.15 3. Pray for God’s will, wisdom, discernment, revelation and recognition for me and my family; I ask God for Edmund’s work situation, God’s direction for Edmund , Dorothy, Peter, Daniel, Ann(also God’s protection and blessings over the company where she works and she needs a husband) and Kristin, 4. God’s order in my work. I ask God for great wisdom at my work. Blessings and the knowledge of Jesus Christ for my bosses. Thank God for the continuation of my work.

Prayer request:

Please pray for a breakthrough, business is very quiet and we have a family to support. Our faith is being tested, and spiritual warfare is rife, tearing down our spirit and weighing us down, distracting us from praising you, oh Lord! The attacks are real and unrelenting. We do start to grow tired and weary, we are trying everything that we can in our own capacity and control, but we wait for the Lord to intercede and step in like He always does, and make a way for us. Lord help us through this dry spell, help us endure the trials of life, learn the lesson that is before us, help us hear the message, see the signs, strengthen our Faith and get us through this season of hardship. The world is becoming harder to live in with all the additional stresses, we need the holy spirit more and more each day! We need that strength, we need that Peace, we need that Faith, We need that Hope – without these we have nothing, we have lost the battle – and this all comes from the Holy Spirit, so fill us up and restore our strength the way that only you can, Oh Lord. Your people are crying out for you, for your love, your mercy, your protection, and your guidance.
